Built to Improve How Clinical Trials Are Delivered

The common thread in her work has been the space between strategy and results: establishing the operating model, aligning people and responsibilities, bringing structure to programs, using data to make better decisions, introducing fit-for-purpose technology and helping teams adopt new ways of working.

She is now building a consulting practice that brings those capabilities together. The practice helps organizations diagnose why work is not delivering as intended and select the right intervention—whether that is process redesign, project or program leadership, change management, governance, analytics, quality controls, vendor support or technology and AI enablement.

Coriqa Clinical’s initial specialization is clinical research and life sciences, including a methodology that helps sponsors and sites prevent study-delivery and data defects earlier. That methodology is one application of a broader principle: start with the real problem, use the right tools and remain accountable for practical implementation and measurable improvement.

Throughout her career, she has worked closely with research sites across multiple therapeutic areas, providing strategic and operational leadership throughout the clinical trial lifecycle. Her experience includes developing and supporting site networks, partnering with investigators and site leadership, strengthening site performance and readiness, and building collaborative relationships between sites, sponsors, and other key stakeholders.

Jessica brings a strong understanding of both the operational and strategic needs of research sites and is passionate about creating efficient, sustainable research programs that support successful trial execution. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with an emphasis in Life Sciences from Penn State.
